- Yes. I eat functional. The food doesn't mean the same to me, I have a nutricionist that follows and mesuare me. Everyday I eat the same and I'm never tired of eat. I luv it. The best part is the breakfast when I eat carbs.
2 toasts with olive oil, one slice of gluten free bread with jam (queensberry), one portion of home made nonfat iogurt with granlola and honey, one liter of green tea. The first thing I eat is a banana.
