Sankalpa
Sankalpa - A POWERFUL AFFIRMATION INTERIOR
Sankalpa is an inner affirmation, a resolution that you take. In Yoga , it is used as a purpose in practice or just in life. The sankalpa enhances anything you want, a feature to help develop or modify something in the personality .
There are some specific rules to create the sankalpa :
1 - The phrase needs to be as positive : " I relate well with people " rather than " do not fight with more people " because the brain does not understand the word "no " and creates a contrary to that image either .
2 - Always be in the present, because the future is uncertain .
3 - It should be short . A long sentence is difficult to memorize and you end up exchanging words instead of repeating the same .
4 - Must be clear and objective . Nebulous and uncertain sentences confuse the mind and are not efficient .
5 - Making enthusiasm , conviction and faith , as if it were already accomplished , summoning all to do the sankalpa the body , so that all cells repeat the phrase with you. Enthusiasm is a Greek word and means "to be filled with God." When we mentalizing enthusiastically she gets enough strength to accomplish.
6 - can be made at any time when it is less sad or depressed .
7 - Make time for just a sankalpa . Making two or more simultaneously disperses energy.
8 - Write the sankalpa until it unquestionably perform .
9 - Repeat three times for him to fix in the mind .
You must make your sankalpa at the beginning and end of Yoga Nidra , before bed and when you wake up . During this period , we are between wakefulness and sleep and in touch with the subconscious , which accepts the sankalpa as truth and what will work .
